To pay rent, you have the following options: 
(1) Come into our office and pay the rent directly at our front desk,
(2) Drop off your rent at our drop box located by our office entrance, or
(3) Mail in your check to our office.

Please note the following when you make your payment:
(1) We only accept checks, cashier's checks and money-orders.
(2) On your check or money-order please include your name and rental address.
(3) Please make check payable to "Apex Property Management, Inc" or simply "Apex".
(4) Rent is always due on the 1st of the month!
(5) The rent is considered paid on the day we receive your check, so make sure to send it early if you're mailing your rent to our office.
(6) We do not accept post-dated checks.
