Review your list and drive by the properties you would like to see. If you find something you like, we can schedule an appointment to go view the property. Please fill out and submit our Appointment Request Form or call our main office at 360-527-9829. If after seeing the unit you would like to lease it, you and everyone who will be occupying the unit must complete an application and turn in an application fee of $35 (per applicant) or $40 for a married couple. If you require a cosigner, there is an additional $10 fee as well. The application fees are non-refundable. - All persons listed on the Lease will be required to sign the Lease upon approval.
- All of the rental prices you see are based on 1 person per bedroom. If you plan to have more than 1 person in a bedroom, please call the office to find out the additional fee. In most cases, it is an additional $25 / additional adult.
- Due to lack of sufficient parking availability, only 1 car is allowed for studio and 1 bedroom units. Most 2 bedroom units have 2 parking spaces.
Some units allow pets. Where pets are allowed, a fee will apply. There may be a limit to the number of pets you can have in a unit. Please call a property manager to discuss.
