For units available NOW, we have keys available to check out at our office (M-F 9am-3:30pm).

Review the listings and drive by the properties you would like to see.  Tenants are currently occupying all the units on the list so PLEASE do not peek in windows or disturb the tenants. 

If after seeing the unit you would like to lease it, you and everyone who will be occupying the unit must complete an application and turn in an application fee of $35 (per applicant) or $40 for a married couple.  If you require a cosigner, there is an additional $10 fee per cosigner as well. The application fees are non-refundable.

  • All persons listed on the Lease will be required to sign the Lease upon approval.
  • All of the rental prices you see are based on 1 person per bedroom.  If you plan to have more than 1 person in a bedroom, it is an additional $25 / additional adult. 
  • Due to lack of sufficient parking availability, only 1 car is allowed for studio and 1 bedroom units.  Most 2 bedroom units have 2 parking spaces but only 1 may be reserved.
  • Many building have "permit parking" only which means there is no guest parking.  Please make sure you understand the parking policy at the building you wish to occupy.
     
  • Some units allow pets (mainly indoor cats).  Where pets are allowed, a fee will apply.  There may be a limit to the number of pets you can have in a unit.  Please call a property manager to discuss. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Appointment Request Form 

We try to give our tenants a 3 to 5 day advance notice that we will be showing their unit.  In many cases, we mail these notices.  Due to a 2 day delay with mailing, please understand when making an appointment, we usually will schedule your appointment for the week following your initial request for a viewing. We will try to schedule your appointment for an earlier time if the same appointment has already been scheduled.  Please review our open house schedule to see if we may be showing the property you are interested on one of the open house dates.
