Application Procedure and Forms Apex Property Management requires a $35 application fee per person, or $40 for a married couple, as well as a $10 fee if you require a cosigner. All information on the application and cosigner agreement form (if applicable) must be complete and signed before we will begin processing. Information such as your previous rental history, employment history, credit history and background information is reviewed. If you are unsure if a cosigner will be needed, please review our screening criteria sheet which explains the application process and the screening process. If you have a question please call our office to discuss with a property manager. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our application process. It generally takes between 24 to 48 hours to process a completed application.
