All of the rental prices listed are based on one person per bedroom occupancy. If you plan to have more than one person per bedroom, please call the office to find out the additional fee. In most cases, it is an additional $25.00. There may be a limit to the number of people allowed in a unit. Due to a lack of sufficient parking availability, only one car is allowed for studio and 1 bedroom units. Typically, you may have 2 cars if you rent a 2 bedroom unit.
