What is the Apex Advantage?

     Well, we could tell you it's dedication to our tenants and property owners or that it's our commitment to quality and timely service. But, while we do strive to meet or exceed expectations with regard to all of the above, that wouldn't be the whole story.  The real answer has much more to do with the human factor.  Apex understands that, for those who rent with us, we are literally a part of what they call home.
      Property management is unlike other real-estate industries in that there is not a strict salesman to customer relationship.  In this industry both sides are responsible to one another for the duration of the lease.  Consequently, tenants and property managers must find a way to work together.  At Apex we understand this fact and try to promote open lines of communication between ourselves and our tenants. While Apex manages a large number of apartments, houses and condos, we aren’t just focused on the quantity of units we service; we care about the quality of service we provide to both our tenants and owners.  Both are considered part of the Apex family.  

    Residents of Apex should expect a clean, quiet, well maintained rental unit and maintenance requests to be completed within three business days or, at the very least, correspondence explaining any delays. Residents should expect easy access to knowledgeable staff and expect reasonable concerns or complaints to be acknowledged as well as solutions provided. In return, Apex expects our residents to respect all terms of the lease and understand we have a responsibility to other residents and our property owners for keeping their investments in good repair.
      Additionally, we realize that many of our residents are first time renters and may require additional patience and direction.  Those who work with us will find a company that strives for transparency.  We're not in the business of taking advantage of people and as such, make sure that residents have every opportunity to understand and discuss the issues associated with their tenancy.  
     If you're looking for a company that holds itself to the highest standards and genuinely cares about the welfare and comfort of its residents, then you shouldn't rent from anyone else.
